Deposits are required for all bookings to secure your appointment slot. Deposits will vary depending on the treatment/service.

Deposits and payments are payable by bank transfer.

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive confirmation of your booking. Please review your appointment details carefully and notify us of any discrepancies.

NB. Prices listed apply to treatments at our Horsham St. Faith treatment room or within a 5-mile radius for home visits. All home visits must be a minimum of £30 to cover our time and travel costs. Additional charges for travel beyond this distance are applicable.

We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

We understand that plans may change. However, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking will result in the loss of your deposit. A new booking deposit will be required to secure any new or rescheduled appointments.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may be charged a fee equivalent to the full cost of the booked service or the full deposit amount.
